How By Your Side Supports Began
By Your Side Supports was founded by our Director as a sole trader in October 2020. He had just finished five years as a stay-at-home dad helping his young sons with special needs build their capacity to attend school full-time.
He worked full-time before this but decided to transition to support work. After working with his children and living through the experience, with all the highs and lows, the rewards outweigh any other job role he had ever done.
Together with our incredible administration and support staff, who also bring their own knowledge and life experiences, we are building a solid foundation to impact the disability community positively.
At By Your Side Supports, we are driven, inclusive, and passionate about helping others. Our goal is to support and continue to make a difference in people’s lives and be the voice for those who cannot speak up for themselves.
